The assembly takes standard power hand tools (bench tools would be even better) and some wrenches and such. The whole project took 30 minutes tops (I wasn't keeping track really), but it's presented here -- through the magic of really fastness -- in under 10 minutes.Very nice! I need a banding wheel and never knew I had the parts just sitting in the basement the whole time. Thanks for posting this. [endtext]

  • you can buy them at chain reaction cycles - go to bottom of the page and click on the link to "tools" under the category "workshop"

  • how do you remove it off a normal mountain bike the ones with bolts ?Usually I just hit the cassette with a hammer. Some of the teeth get bent, but then I just stopped shifting. When that gets boring I get out the vise-grip. Bend those puppies back to where they used to be. If that goes wrong I beat up my bike with an aluminum bat. Then I report the bike as stolen. So, what's next?
  • after pedaling my bike's rear wheel keeps turning the gears when the pedal in not moving, which cause the chain to lossen enough to make the loop an arch. this started to make today. my bike is 7 years old. can i fix it??.....helpme please
  • The one way mechanism in the body which is a gear which can only rotate one way and when it goes the opposite way it cant so makes the wheel spin
